It has a favorable action in liver diseases, re-establishing the metabolic balance of the liver thanks to the presence of hepatoprotective factors such as choline and lecithins which prevent the accumulation of lipids and promote the formation of phospholipids determining a mobilization of fatty acids from the liver towards the deposits.
